Bad thing about it was that 2 of the 3 players involved were leaving the team. So it really gave the team a black eye atleast a big win this weekend will help the cause.

7-9 made the playoffs in Alpha. Oh well, tbh, it is bitter sweet losing today. I really didn't enjoy this season up there for various reasons and will happy to be back here. I've never seen a score and looked at a loss with such contentment. We're back APL. Did ya miss us?

Who was already leavin? I know Nuke was home sick, and the other two were from pretty far away. JJ looked like he was gonna be REALLY good

i'd not read that either. everything i've read stated that nukeese was unhappy with his production but had talked to the staff about it and was cool. jackson had some off-field problems before this but he'd been playing great and was one of the top freshmen in the SEC this year. from what's been reported he wasn't directly involved in the 'robbery' so he might get by with a smaller punishment. nukeese and that other fuck can burn in hell for all i care. kiffin had done a great job cleaning up the program and getting them on the right track and they went and put a huge stain on this season. if this costs us any recruits for next year i might just drive down to florida and kill the guy myself.

Nuke wanted to leave, threw a big fit because he wasnt getting involved as much and was pulled off Punt returns...maybe because he tried to be stupid on punts and ended up jumping over the ball more than he caught it.
Nuke and Edwards are done from what I am hearing. The staff is just waiting to get the full story and then deal with it.
Jackson would already be cleared of it all if he didnt have the failed drug test against him. They might keep him, but I dunno. He was inside when it happened and came out and made them leave. Charges are supposed to be dropped on him completely today.
They did this because they were "bored" and adds to the part of Jackson not really being involved because apparently they were just sitting in the car while he was inside and decided to do it. Most likely high as hell and extremely stupid. One of the victims said they knew nothing would happen because they were both shaking and really nervous haha.

In the end its our own fault, we lost 2 games we shouldn't have. Drinkin and Manus games will haunt us. Drinkin has to be the luckiest damn team up there.

Jackson came in as a corner just like Berry. Berry mentioned several times that JJ is light years ahead of him in his understanding of the game and just plain skill. And that may be his problem per what people are saying. His dad is a very good HS coach and has been a college secondary coach and apparently very strict. He kept him under tight watch and didnt really let him do anything but football and right now hes just cutting loose and not handling freedom very well. He needed to mature fast but it looks like he went in reverse and his future is going to pay for it.
Rumor is the team had an all hands meeting last night and Edwards and JJ were there and a couple of the older players started praying for them and they literally had a come to Jesus meeting where both of them "found god". If true thats great but who knows but apparently the team is fired up now after the meeting, players only as well on their own. Coaches had no part in it.
