With 2 games left I don't see this changing too much but who knows how the script determines things.
LHC and Quick Stop seem to just want to flip week in and out. Only other change was Port jumping up to 7 and pushing Sahara out of top 8.

I have little control over how it spits out the rankings and I usually don't agree with a lot of the decisions myself. I think at one point it had us (Bulldawgs) ranked over Quick Stop even though we lost to you guys already. So it does take some other stuff into consideration. I think it also calculates the margins of victory but not positive.
It does have an option to include roster talent in the rankings but that really throws it out of whack because there are teams with solid rosters but they aren't winning a lot of games.

I do leave the preseason games off of the conference rankings since I wanted those ranking to be more contained and not have any inter-conference games affect them so maybe that's why they seem to be more accurate.
