I see what you mean. I assume all the CPU teams will be shuffled out...but I think letting the higher ranked teams stay in would be cool. Could build some really cool rivalries, and heavy competition, which is very good for PeeWee.

it also makes for a soft conference here and there... ours is heavy, others are soft... I'd like it if it was even ^_^ fair chance for all, tough games, and not so tough games same as everybody... but of course how do you judge that in preseason
