And while we are talking about "alliances", you think you will get enough help from all those Orangeblood teams and Longhorns, etc? Just because we choose to advertise our alliance, doesn't mean half of you people in here bitching aren't doing the same thing, just not out in the open like we are. Get over your hypocritical selves. We recruited outside of the organization in order to roster this team with 90% new blood. Can you say the same thing? And how many players do you owners have on the team? Because I have none. Another "advantage" you guys have on me .

Easy there, buddy. I wasn't taking a shot at your "allegiance". I was just wondering why you had so many guys on the team because I was curious how you intended to distribute the snaps.

I need each and every one of those GM's. I have important positions such as Paul's Personal Assistant, Paul's security, Team drunk, Assistant to the General Manager, a Human Resources department, and League Relations.

I hate the people at Human Resources. They're only there to ruin the fun

It wasn't directed at you Paul (the Alliances part, that was for everyone). As for your GM's, I completely understand. You see, I use my backups for those same jobs, but they manage to get a few plays in each game as well. We also save on trainer salaries, water boy pay, laundry asst. commission, etc, by having the backups take care of those much needed jobs. So it all works out in the end.

Delegation is the key to me having a successful team while investing as little time as possible. I'm really not even sure why I'm composing this post right now instead of my writer. Oh well, I'm still ironing out the wrinkles.

Sup Paul. I love your WR, Russell "i'm a qb" Sheppard. If both are squads are fortunate enough to make the finals, I think you should put him qb. Lets see if my version of GG is enough for Russell Shepard. We'll then see who Mack Brown should have rightly recruited. Should end some orangebloods.com debates once and for all.
