Honestly, haven't looked at a team, touched a gameplan, or even expected to win. Added the new guys to DC, added new plays to playbook and that is all.

Actually, haven't even watched the games yet, in VT with no interwebz but my iPhone.

EGE win is impressive IMO just because their dots did good. When tactics come in sure it'll be different but just the dots matching up with that big of a level difference impressed me.

And speaking from experience don't overlook the Dogs. They will beat some teams they are not expected to, if they put the effort in.

I think we may surprize some teams this season, but next season I am looking forward to. We have no season 1 players so we should be in a good position.

I'm not trying to be a prick, but to me, no preseason win is impressive. Our first season here in APL, we beat LOL in the preseason. Didn't really show anything other than what plays we ran and defended well and what plays we didn't run or defend well.

Ok, I was not trying to say ooo EGE is good or SISW isnt. We all know where each is on the food chain and what would happen in a live game. I did say that already but before this goes any further. All I am saying is I am impressed that their dots didn't fold to a superior team.

Let me go back and bold that before anyone else reads it wrong.

That's what I was trying to say, the score of that game doesn't mean their dots didn't fold to a superior team. And I know you weren't trying to say EGE was good and we weren't or anything. I'm just saying, don't read much into a preseason scrimmage. That is one way GLB and the NFL are similar. The Detroit Lions were undefeated in preseason last year. We all know how their season went. IF you want to see how well EGE will fair in APL, games 3-5 should give you a good indication.

Watching the replays, they seem to have a good team, but again, it's preseason. We really won't know much until late in the season. I would have said around game 8, but last season a few new teams started to catch fire late in the season and had better seasons that I would have thought after game 8.

I think the best team won yesterday, preseason or not....And yes, I am fully attempting to rile up the Lion Conference right now!

Nice try. We usually don't hit full stride until about game 6-8, so I'm not worried about who the best team in Lion or APL is right now. I'm trying to figure out how the sim and new plays are working.

Wow.. why did you have to throw the Lions perfect (pre)season into this!!
