Are you serious? I had my OC help recruit 1 guy for me, otherwise, I had to recruit all my own. The guy who committed 55 players to me, bailed. So I had nothing to work with and I ended up signing 50 guys. On my own, so don't bitch about how it's sad, it's just that your too lazy to actually get some work done and you blame it on your staff.

I sent 20 offers, made14 players myself, lost 7 players because of GM, and still waiting

That's still nothing. I spent a lot of time recruiting. Made 6 guys for special teams and 1 guy for HB myself, and lost players just because they wanted 10$ more dollars a day. And had guys commit via PM and on the forums and they bailed so suck it up.
