Competition definitely looks to be thin this season. Zeta has become somewhat of a joke. The only teams I really see as being competitive are the following:

Bakersfield Nanananas, Slovakia Stunners, Rome Colossus, Spokane River Rats, Macedonia Marauders, and Austin Pirates.

No offense to the recent moveups, but they are all grossly outleveled and even a complete roster overhaul will not do much for them considering the major chemistry hits that would entail. This is going to be a boring new season. The #7 and #8 playoff seeds would really have no business being put in the same category as the above listed teams. It is crazy how much of a difference things will be from last season to this. The top 10 seeds in Zeta were all very solid. It sucks how we will only really have to gameplan for 5 games the entire season. I'm sorry, but it comes to a point where when you outleveled by so much that no amount of gameplanning can help you. Hopefully Spokane is able to prevail and get the AAA moveup, because too many seasons of shit competition will drive me nuts.

Cocky cause he finally made the playoffs for S10

And beat the Bulls during the same playoff season (Even if it was a scrim, you battled my trash talking and got schooled).

Then why babble about counting chickens before they hatched. We didn't get moved up because the conference was actually challenging last season. And, Spokane may not even win Zeta, but we will be competitive, like we have been in every single season since I have been with the team :] Sorry, but most of the new teams in Zeta simply will not be competitive with the teams who have been here as you are simply outleveled too much. GLB does not allow for a cinderalla team when the team is outleveled by 10+ levels, it is simply not possible in this game.

just because a team is outleveled doesn't mean they won't be competitive.

Closely outleveled sure....outleveled by 10+ across the board??? You are insane if you think a team of mid level 40s can compete with a team of high level 50s and low level 60s. I could remove my starters from the DC and still beat these new teams. You know little to nothing about GLB if you think any sort of gameplanning can make up for that extreme of a level difference.

MD was outleveled last season and we seemed to do okay...but yeah I don't know a thing about GLB, but obviously our owner and coordinators do.

MD was safely outleveled - these new moveups arent. MD was/is a great team with obvious top notch builds.

I don't have a good argument for you here. You won EEAA4. You could not shut up my trash talking, but I would rather have been shut up in a scrim and won the trophy, so yes, you are to be congratulated.

hey sharpie, if elite teams move up, then why have we been shunned the last two seasons? i just don't get it. we were in USA A6 the last season before we were shifted here last season. half of the teams that were moved into USA AA out of our division had worse records, and we destroyed them. Then this season we were just as good as the teams that moved up. We kicked the bejeezus out of the Bronx Bears and Caspian Sea. Then in the playoffs the mysterious fumble bug hit my team, losing 6 fumbles when our previous high was 4 in the entire history of our franchise. you guys need to do a little more research when you move teams up. Take the Long Beach Dub All Stars for example. We beat them way more than they beat us, we had a better record than them, and we both lost in the same round of the playoffs. One season into USA AA and they have decided to rebuild. I'm just saying.

And in that game where we lost 6 fumbles, we still almost won. We lost 43-37. We were clearly the better team. I know how a lot of people feel on here. We spend a boatload of money(especially if you have been here since season 1, which I have). Are the referees in the NFL going to make bogus calls to help out the underdogs in the playoffs? I think not.

You were the only team last season that truly "spanked" us. I definitely look forward to playing you guys this upcoming season and potentially moving up to AAA with you, although it looks like you guys have some serious depth issues to work out :/

You have a team a mid level 40s - do you honestly think you're going to be competitive?

And yet you got beat by the Diadochi who are just now in the lower 40s for the most part(with exception of a couple players) and finished 14-2 last season including beating your team.

Median Level of top 25% (13) players is 54; mean is 54.53846153846154
(levels = 62,61,58,58,56,56,54,53,52,50,50,50,49,48,47,47,47,47,47,47,46,46,43,43,42,41,41,41,41,41,41,41,41,41,41,41,40,40,40,40,40,40,40,40,40,40,40,40,40,38)

Diadochi is not a lower 40s team. Your team was a safely outleveled. Diadochi is without question superior to the Spokane River Rats. These new teams this season are not even remotely comparable to Diadochi. It's sad how you don't even have a basic understanding of your own team's player levels.
