At my football camp at ISU the other day we copied from some all star game thing and did a pretty cool chant. You put your team captain(or take turns with people for different days), and you repeat after him. He yells I love football, then you yell it. Do that 3 times, then he yells in the rain, you yell in the rain, then he yells in the snow, you yell in the snow, then he yells in the sleet, then you yell in the sleet, then he yells in heat, then you yell in the heat. Then to finish it off he yells I love football, you yell I love football.

It was sweet to hear 150 guys yelling that.

I played in HIgh school.

At the time I was:

Position: Starting OLB, Backup DE and sometimes DT
Height 5'11
Weight 145 lbs

I also wrestled at 140 and later 152 even though I only weighed 141 to 145. Some matches I had to gain a lb to make weight while the rest of the team had to lose weight. I was kind of strong for my weight but not as good as a technician as the state champion in at 140 so I took the 152 spot.

In the Army I bulked up and weighed 170 to 180 lbs . Now I stopped working out and weigh 230 lbs lol

The chant went like this, hopefully it makes more sense:

Leader: I love Football
You: I Love Football
Leader: I love football
You: I love football
Leader: In the rain
You: In the rain
Leader: In the snow
You: In the snow
Leader: In the sleet
You: In the sleet
Leader: In the heat
You: In the heat
Leader: I love football
You: I love football
