Your Magic Valley River Runners are going to be a 16 Cap next season unless you asked for a demotion to stay a 13 Cap.

I have the situation under control I just need to help him find a team. He agrees that the team needs to stay at lvl 13. Do you have an idea where I can go and find a good team for him? How do you get a demotion?
