Yeah, Pacman definitely hasn't committed and isn't even close. Either way, the odds are very slim that he's staying in the APL.

Edit: And I dunno if it's revealing too much but I've only seen two guys officially commit and I've heard 3-4 others who are set on a team. That means more than 75% of the soon-to-be FAs are unsigned.
