Yes unless the Team Owner that drafts the player gets blacklisted or if the Agents player has an issue with that Team.Then our Draft Committee will review the case and make a decision.If the Team Owner is Blacklisted Agents are not to sign with that team.Teams must also draft within there Team Cap if capped.If you have a Uncapped team you cannot Draft Low level Players.
