Yeah... I cant fault agents from shying away from a team with ESM's record last season, though its still the pro's. When I was in AAA#1 recruiting for 6 seasons, I would always get the "sorry im only looking for Pro teams" response, now that we are here I cant find any of those guys. I typically only get a response to about 1 out of 10 PM's whether we are 14-2 or 3-13, both polite and inpolite declines and those who are interested. Most of my "success" as a recruiter has just come from using connections.

Yep, that seems to be the best way to go.

Probably because one of your players sends garbage pms, then blocks people from sending a pm back, so they think you are the same way.

Our main loss is that we cut ties with HB Moe Truckin. He went inactive on us. He was one of the better HBs in the league for a while, but I'm confident we've done well replacing him.
