You recruit your ass off! The Rhinos have won back to back APL Championships using that same strategy. Yes recruiting sucks but it is what is required.

You recruit your ass off! The Rhinos have won back to back APL Championships using that same strategy. Yes recruiting sucks but it is what is required.

Great insight...recruiting and merging are 2 different things though. Like I would say 5 pick ups from 2 or 3 teams is recruiting....5 players from one team, is more of a merge....We will see tomorrow, what the APL teams do.

You asked the question and got the answer that I guess you were not looking for? The Cripplers have gotten better each season talent wise and that has been through recruiting which pretty much sucks. I had to do it by over extending myself with GM jobs as an OC or DC to get my name out there, which in turn probably cost me 2 or 3 games per season. Vegas, not sure if you OC or DC, but what do you do to get your team better? I am curious to see what you do each season to put your team in a better position to win?

Season 7 - 9-7
Season 8 - 7-9
Season 9 - 9-7

Yep you team has gotten so much better...Man what a turnaround........To answer your question the ABD were 3-13 in season 8, I took over the DC job and we went 8-8 this season....You are such a HERO...Now that you have TLGOT I expect you to go atleast 12-4.....But the facts in the past remain the same...You are a 500 APL team.

If you take the time to read what I wrote, I said we improved talent wise through recruiting and we also lost a few games due to me not game planning as much for my own team and more for others. So if you look at the big picture and not the record, we improved a great deal and as far as me being a hero, well that goes without saying! Such a negative person...

Sound advice. Hasn't worked for LOL lately, but glad to see others having success. APL is in for a GREAT season 10 I think
