Okay that makes sense. So I guess it still makes sense to level up that way rather than using flex points right away, right?

Aye, most can understand the benefits of using flex points to level right before the season ends, because you use your flex points to level up the hardest levels, rather than the easiest ones.

Others would rather get the advantage right away, and therefore level up using flex points immediately.

I'm sorry if this question has already been asked, but is a RB at a speed of 20 faster than a DT of the same speed.

Not really sure where to post this but since this deals with training I'll post it here.

Training happens only on your off days im guessing? So how are you supposed to get your energy back up when lets say if you train at relaxed you can only gain 15 energy?

Is there any difference in xp gained while training at relaxed vs normal or intense?

Or does one day training yield the same xp regardless of intensity level?

I've got a couple different characters of different levels, and their Training Intensity has no effect on their XP.

Relaxed, Normal, or Intense, you still get the same amount of XP each night. It solely depends on your level.

They aren't related at all. Your XP/night is a function of your level only. Your training intensity is a balance of money, energy regen, and stat improvement. Night-time XP and training are totally separate mechanisms. The only thing they have in common is that they both occur at midnight MST.

Ok, how about this. Do you HAVE to train? what if I have a player that is in the 50-60 in energy and can't get back to 100% by game time. What happens when I put "None" on the focus? Do I still use my money? if not, how much energy do I get?

If you put None in the Training thing you are wasting a night's stat gain. The most energy you can get back is +15 in a night, on Relaxed. You should ALWAYS be training something.

How does the training relate to increasing ability scores?
