a bit better build should not result in 14 turnovers, thats a pro vs. a pop warner team numbers, we fumbled 3 times all last season.....a level 1 vs level 50 team fumbling 14 times, but not a level like 43 and a level 45 team

In another league of mine we got stomped 68-38 and we had 7 fumbles / 6 lost. I was pissed, I can only imagine how your feeling. But their player builds were sick. It only gets worse when you hit lvl 50+. It takes longer to correct builds if you are off track.

GL the rest of the way

Levels don't mean shit if their builds are better than yours. You should know this by now Boltz, Levels only mean how many sp's you have, not how you used them. build >>>>>>>> levels<<<<<<<<<<Gameplanning

our avg level is like 41, theirs 45 and they beat us by 152? how is that even possible? even if you have a horrible owner and a horrible gameplan, a competitive game should not be that ridiculous, i expected a loss by 50 at the worst, i thought this league would be full of close games, but from looking around, not just my team, scores are ridiculous this season

Gameplanning has everything to do with your loss. They shut down your running game to a tune of >2YPC yet you let their runners go free to a tune of <10ypc. You can't expect to win any games with that in place.
You couldn't hold on to the ball with 10lost fumbles and your QB threw 4 picks, how many games can you win like that? And don't blame the sim, the sim is working fine, blame your players builds and tactics.

Now, where is that post of you rubbing in Hatchmans loss into his face?

Grifter, if that's the case, then why aren't we fumbling that much in every game that we play against good competition like Port Chester? This isn't the first team we've played that is as good as they are, and in those games, we didn't have but 2 fumbles, maybe 3 at most. I'm not trying to take away anything from their win, they probably would have beat us pretty badly anyways, but come on now, be realistic, 11 fumbles is a lot, even for a sim.

It depends, what VA's they have (I got a good idea), what their player tactics were set at, what are their builds specialized in. then we get into your players. Va's, builds, etcetc. Confidence and Carrying are really big attributes most people like to neglect since they aren't glamour skills. I know and heard a lot of people who swear that 50 confidence and carrying should be enough for a HB that gets pounded on every other play. This simply isn't true nor should it be.

Math is fun. 5 levels difference across the board would equal 25 SP per player more, Across and entire team? That's almost 1000 SP difference. That's a lot of SP no matter how good builds are(our builds are good). Just saying that might have a lot to do with it, plus Anebriated loves to recruit 80+ strength LBs that want to play ST...

Edit: I'm thinking confidence and morale came into effect too. Once you fumble once, you tend to fumble again. Sucks that there is no way to sub out based on in game morale..... would be a lot more realistic, maybe that could be a suggestion... hmmm

This is a valid point. Coaches do it all the time in sports all across the spectrum. If you see your guy wavering or lacking confidence they get yanked.

Kind of like the Advanced Energy tab but an advanced Morale tab. Set it to when players should get yanked for subs and the when they should return.

the fumbles come from 2 things port chesters players being made to force fumbles and you guys skill players not built to hold onto the ball. I am not knocking on you guys at all as I am in the same boat so to speak. but it is the nature of the beast guys work on your builds and watch the fumbles go down alot.

It may have been a result of a few things.

1. Players at this level have been around for awhile now....and have a better feel about what is going on. I like a lot of other agents have put a lot of points into "Big Sack" or "Hard Hit" special abilities. These are starting to pay off now. Look at the league defensive leader board for forced fumbles. A SS with 32 FF's = a lot of "Hard Hits".

2. You were out classed by a much better team.

3. I'm not saying that the cranes did but Team boosts will result in scores like that too, when you were already out skilled. Like I said before to you, your rep in the forums cause some teams to do that just because they want to beat your team so badly.

that cool, wasn't any of my business anyways....but I know for fact that some teams do when they play Boltz's teams just for the simple fact that it's boltz's team. GG
