We should set up some ground rules for players like CB's. If they get nominated...we should be football intelligent enough to realize what CB's are shutdown ones...even if they dont see alot of balls thrown their way. Like opponents scores against them and so on...

Each team could be responsible for submitting a Pro Bowl list of two players from every decision..and we could have one guy responsible for tallying the numbers.

Is this per conference? And is is weighted like 3-2-1 or each vote gets one point? I don't know anyone in the west, so hard to know who a shutdown CB is over there.

Guys make sure your teams know about this so you can make your nominations. Also we should do it by conference like in the NFL because then we won't have to pick people who we don't know.

Well then maybe every owner should start a thread in his/her team's forum to start collecting nominees, then the owners reconvene before the last game of the season and hash out who should be Pro Bowlers and who should go into pro bowling.

That's what I did(even though I'm not the owner) Also Jtserb should we PM you with our nominees, or should we just post them here?

I think a new thread for just each teams nominations would be easiest to go through and being public makes it so we know there is no mis-voting.

How about everyone PMs them to jtserb. Then when everyone has them in he can post everyone's vote. That way people won't vote based on what others are doing. I'd also wait until the final week of the regular season when everyone has already had a chance to play everyone else.

Yeah that makes sense, but how do you fit 32 teams' voting into two days. Just try to put yourself in jtserb's place. Would you like to do 32 teams worth of voting in two days? I don't think so. The logic behind the voting makes sense, but he can't pull together those votes in two days.

I don't know how I can't be a pro bowler. I'm level 16 have 8 interceptions and 21 pass deflections. I rarely get thrown at and when they do I either deflect it or intercept it. I also only have 27 tackles to show how little I'm actually thrown at. Go look at my last game against Vermont. Two thrown at me 0 completed.

I was just looking up our pro bowlers and trust me if I could vote for our own players you wold have been the #2 starting corner(sorry Terell Cromartie has 1 more INT and I figure that's the best stat to go by)

Or we could just make one thread and each team could post his or her's nominating in different reply's in that same thread. That way jtserb can just scroll through that one thread and tally it up.
