Alpha should be upgrade from last season with some much stronger teams.
This offseason has been brutal with all the high level players retiring and no owner wanting to play in a league less than AAA.

Very little...most of my success has come from referrals within the team.

Only bad part with all the changes Bort makes is that so many top tier players retire and start over b/c their builds are no longer a good fit for the changes that have been made.
