Here, I'll help.

Let's see, cy was in EE BBB1. I know it's kind of complicated, but follow me for a second:

EE = Europe East (or Eastern Europe in the BBB leagues)

BBB = league level (BBB is the lowest of the EE leagues, just below A league)

1 = league identification number (last year EE BBB had 10 leagues, numbered 1 through 10)

IVIellow and SeanB both came from EE BBB2 (see there is a 2 here, where yours had a 1).

So, your quoted post above is incorrect. Same goes for you Darius.
