Congrats on passing and not using Strong I Slam everyplay, nice to see two teams playing the game in a final.

As far as who gets promoted, I think we'll see these teams making the leap (at minimum):
West
CCIA
Mentone
Long Beach Dub All-Stars (same record as Virginia, reached same point in playoffs, won H2H game)
East
Fury
Tighas
Phoenix Scorpions
Yikes...I wasn't thinking we would be up for promotion, but I suppose we could. Interesting how things turned out in the East vs. West debate. I know you guys won it all, but I think after you guys the East wasn't overall as good...I was interested to see how we matched up against Phoenix and Enghave (similarly placed teams from the east), and we won those pretty handily (without any gameplanning). Very fun season here for sure. We'll see what happens in the promotion....

Well, we did stick with the run (we've always been a run-first team since season 2), but we didn't want to abuse the I Slam at any point this season. Kudos to CCIA and all our opponents for restraining themselves from using exploits as well.

I will say that Phoenix didn't get in a groove until late in the season (same with the Tighas). The same could be said for Enghave (though their defense really needs to be fixed before they are a consistent threat). The Bears are definitely no joke though, despite the early exit.
I'm just glad to claim the crown for the East. Maybe someone from Mentone (the other original team) can refresh my memory, but I believe since season 2, the West has won 3 times while the East has won 5 times.

GG, CCIA. We caught lots of breaks in the game (forcing 6 fumbles being the biggest), but my GMs put together one helluva gameplan.
I also have to agree. I don't think any of the A6 playoff teams employed the SI Slam when it would've been so easy to do so. I doubt many conferences in all of GLB can say the same.
Good luck to those who stay behind. Keep this conference one of the best in GLB.
And to those who move up with us...see you in Season 9.

GG CCIA. And congrats to everyone in USA A6. I just got here in mid-season, but have had a nice ride. Hope to see some familiar faces in AA next season.

Congrats Fury, thorough domination by the East in the big game. Congrats to CCIA on a Western Championship.
