I was only able to catch the last couple of minutes with some guy talking about staying in the same region for an entire career for a player. Anything profound mentioned? I'm sure if doozer is saying something it will actually be a good question.

meh there wasn't too much good on the show. It was alot of pointless spam calls and Esen pushing his crappy fantasy sports website.

They did bring up the 10 year decline for players, and basically said it will be a dropoff rather than a dead end on their career and also a possibility of going into a coaching mode after retirement.

Keep living in the past doozer, keep living in the past. That seems to be a common trait amongst many of the "high level competition" teams here in AA. 2 seasons ago doesn't mean much now, but we'll make it a lot clearer for you to understand soon enough.

I think the Norsemen blew mid-season some time back. I blew up my team a few days ago....not fun anymore because I didn't recruit to keep up with the rest of the league.

I was planning on keeping my players for a few years after the dropoff anyways. Coaching mode would be cool though.
