Anyone in any of the "newer" games?

I got into Age of Conan for awhile and have one of the best beta accounts hands down in that game. Its loaded with every preorder bonus, full tier 2 city, tons of gold, etc, etc. I just dont play it now because i dont have the time with GLB I really only get into games now for the launch and to ebay for it. I profited $7000.00 the first week of AOC's release with nearly $12,000.00 in the first month. Still have some codes for it now to sell too.

Did the same with LOTRO (Lord of the rings online) and still have 2 lifetime accts there.

Started to with warhammer but didnt have the time. My partner (UOResources.com) did well though and cashed out near 20,000.00 off of the WAR release.

UO was really the only game i got into playing and that was because of the pvp system. I was able to grief and talk shit as i killed people and that was fun too.

Because of my earlier griefting days in UO as Xavier, Swift, PK Action Barbie, Roisiin Pilatus' etc i was forced to create a second identity to do online sales of virtual items with. Thats where the whole Mithryl Elves name came in play. Figured i'd create a carebear identity that everyone liked and that sales would go up because of it. Well that worked since i made over 60k a year for a number of years. Eventually it was uncovered that the good identity was controlled by the same actual person that also was the biggest douchbag in the game. Sales eventually came down and i started playing just to pvp and trashtalk. The Mith identity stuck and when more and more players i recruited to GLB from UO started playing i changed my username to -MITH- to help out with the "who's who" of things.

Well, I tried Warhammer, but that was a failure..

I am playing SWG right now, of course thats just to waste time until KOTOR online comes.

I liked SWG for the 2 months i played on release. I liked how they did resources in that game. The spawns being rare, not spawning for months, etc, etc really had me for a minute. Bounty making some weird ass boichemist or whetever char destroyed that game for me. Breeding animals or whatever he was doing lol.

How was AoC?

I got so burnt out on WoW, that the only stuff I did was completely different theme... PotBS. Lotsa cool elements but before long it sucked... boring.

I beta'd LOTRO, but it sucked. Don't know if I'll ever try those types of games again

PotBS

I waited what 4 years for that release and eventually gave up.
Got into the beta but it was so late into it that i didnt care to be the guy that was so far behind everyone else that i quit.

LOTRO
Mines of Moria changed alot with LOTRO. I dont play that though. Only got the 2 lifetime accts for me and my 8 year old to play but he'd rather play COD.

I havnt looked into that much. Was thinking of finding time today to look into the US release though and preorder items. If its set up to be profitable i would do it to make a few grand then maybe stick around if it truely is as good as UO was with PVP

Yeah SWG is awesome now, the PVP is great.

Only thing is, very repeatable, you get to know everyone fast.

Use to, back when level cap was 60, and it the pvp was fun, run up to someone with a 2hand shaman with wind fury and totems, yay.

And chain soloing elites was fun, but ruining gear by making it all BOE and adding levels, ruins games for me.

I played wow for like 10 days.
Hated it. I dont care for eye candy games at all.
I did however play a gnome mage with pink hair lol.
Only ever played mage type chars. Theres usually so many more options you can do in pvp and i like to fight outnumbered to level the playing field. Of course in UO i used speeder xp, scripts, etc, etc so it wasnt fair what i did to people there but i didnt care. I played that game to make people headbutt their monitors and beat their wives.

I hated razor but it gave an advantage for sure.

Man when i started using greasemonkey in GLB and scripts here i was amazed that i was allowed to. So many years of trying to hide that you were using them had me all messed up when finding out that in GLB they were legal.
