WE is one of the better regions I think top to bottom. But the top isn't as high as other regions. We're a middle of the road region with great competition.

agreed. i think top to bottom there isnt nearly as much difference from one league to the next as some of the other leagues. however, our Pro isnt one of the top Pro leagues, nor is our bottom leagues some of the worst leagues.
