You might want to look at some of the team histories of said players.

The goal of any team should be to make it to Pro. Fact is, the Hussars has ALWAYS been owned by 3 or 4 agents. Those agents just chose to switch higher level players into the lineup this season, to speed up the process of making it to Pro. At some point, you have to upgrade players if you want to get promoted every season.

I assure you the builds are just fine.


Oh...and LOL @ the Death Knights owner completely dismissing the only team that gave him any competition in the playoffs.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with any of the players we have in Prussia, past or present.

Esgares built a great team last season, outleveled us, and beat us twice. We were the only team to give Esgares a close game in their (well-deserved)championship season despite being outleveled at virtually every position.

But, it's interesting that now that we brought in our higher leveled players and now outlevel Esgares, we are the ones doing something wrong.

I wish you and your team nothing but good luck in the future, but please, quit complaining about us upgrading our roster.

not really complaining about you "upgrading". I was actually looking forward to the competition of playing you guys again. I could have done the same thing with Esgares. but these players were built to play here and we will make small upgrades by personel changes, we instead will build our team to our gameplans and use those to win/stay competitive despite being outleveled by some teams here. I was actually disappointed, thinking you'd be doing the same, relying on more efficiently built players and superior game planning to get promoted. I have no hard feelings towards your team. I'm a fan of the competition and the challenges that the game offers.

Well damn, this forum is already more lively than BBB#5. The Slashers will also be keeping most of thir original players in tact, for good or ill this season. (mostly ill) But I'd rather keep a core group of guys together that know each other and get along rather than a bunch of hired guns every time you get promoted.

Gotta love the talk about being "outlevelled" in an expansion league. I think what some folks feel is dicey is that with the possible exception of "Center of Attention" - the level 1 C - there isn't a single player left on that roster from last season.

I mean, why didn't you guys just buy a AA or AAA CPU team or something if you just wanted to have a team full of your already made high level players?

Oh, and I don't know who Cade is... but I do enjoy talking shit. And I agree calling yourself "outleveled" in a capped league is pretty laughable

So what did you guys do with all the Hussar players anyways? You guys send them to the casual league so you won't have to lose to good gameplans anymore? =P
