Next year I can let owner do the vote by pm and let people voted by the surveys.
The votes count 33% from players
and 66% from coachs.
Similar to nfl minus there are not media
Any sugestions?

It is tough to set up a good system ... very happy with the effort that you put into it and the results had very deserving players.

I think how you're doing it is fine. Who are we to bitch about the results? We didn't take the time out to set it up. I think everyone should have an equal vote. Not everything ends up how you would have voted, we'll live. Thanks again for setting it all up.
