As well as the PAIN is playing, I don't think we stack up particularly well against some of the teams mentioned. I feel comfortable playing against any team in USA A #3 (although there are more than a couple teams that I think can beat us), but some of the teams linked here look like they might stomp us.


of course i had to bring up Pain otherwise USA-3 east would get no love =P but there are quite a few teams im pretty happy im not in the same division as...Yet anyway...

Retarded? Most are backups. And I'm FAR from the only one. Most good teams from mid-season 1 are built this way as they, like me refused to pay lvl 4's 100k per year when there was a player shortage. If you had been here early in season one you'd understand. 1 player or 50 you still have to play. Besides the fact I'd rather pay my other people better and I'm sure they would tell you the same. Otherwise I wouldnt be able to get the contracts I do. you can only start 11 players on of/df. The rest sit anyway. So is it more honorable to sign people and not let them play, or sign fewer people and let them play all the time? Most only think its retarded because they can't do the same, or have no idea the circumstances that attributed to the way the team started. I suppose I should be like others and gut teams and leave players on a shit team.

Not to good when people would rather have top ranked teams that gutted others over teams that try to be fair to the players they do have. GLB has seriously gone down hill with the character of people around here since season 2 started.

Not sure what you are talking about ... I was here for season one & it was basically the same thing if not worse. If anything the problem has gotten better not worse. You still have teams that were built that way though ... nothing you can do about that.

I wouldn't call it retarded but I would say that it's not following the spirit of the game. But it is better then gutting in my mind.

Spirit of the game is a cop-out. There is no such thing. All one has to do is see the endless supply or crying, whining, and overall poor attitudes of most everyone on here. If thats the spirit of the game then count me out.
