That wasn't the game plan. It was a accidental mistake that cost us big time. If we could have had Omar running the ball it would have kept our D off the field so much and helped out a lot. Plus the fact that no matter what teams do he is good for over 100 yds and a few TD's.
Ultimately, the passing game worked. Nearly 500 yards. The big play was the fumble inside the 5 on the WR screen. I got lucky the sim called my screen buster play in that situation.
Mostly, I feel like the game against Palau, where we threw the ball 71 times, helped, too (not intentionally of course, nobody wants their ass kicked like that). It opened up your defense for my running game, which is the exact opposite of what you guys did to me. We were just able to hit on a couple more big plays.
