Rather than clicking for 1 hour 43 minutes you could just use the reroller script which can be edited to reroll for any attribute:

i dont get that script
i want to get at least 23 str on my guard yet when i put 23, nothing happens

I thought the same thing then I found a thread that explained what it was doing. Once you get to the page where the popup asks you if you want to re-roll for speed (or whichever attribute you want) and you put in a number and hit ok it starts re-rolling but doesn't look like it is doing anything. Open another window and go to the player profile and hit refresh everyonce in a while and the numbers change. I didn't let it get to what I wanted but I think it stops and asks you if you want to keep it. Look at the other window and check all the stats to make sure they are what you want. It still takes a while to do but a lot easier than clicking re-roll every two seconds, good luck with your next roll

why does the first one have 10 in jumping? and the second 9 in catching?

Because I was perfectly happy with a roll that had 28 strength rather than getting all 8's in the useless attributes.

how long did it take for you?

Bort must have nerfed the str rolls on centers. I just rolled over 3000 times, never hitting over 25 str.

Edit - I got 26 str after 6000 rolls.

Just because you can't get that roll, it doesn't mean that there's been a nerf. There is such a vast amount of possible rolls that it will take ages to get a high strength roll.

It took a GM on one of my teams 119,000 rolls to get 28 strength for his C.

Yeah it's been rolling all day... I got a 27 str. I'm gonna let it go for a day or so and see what I can get. 30 is incredibly lucky in just 3000 rolls.

So is it better to create guys and sit them for an entire year without playing them just to train?

yeah, if you have the patients.

yes, if you want your guy to be worse than people who get XP.

Bundy-building aka super-slowbuilding is only good for dominating capped leagues. Once you reach an uncapped league you would always be better off if you had just leveled normally. You will be a good build based on level, but a poor build based on creation date.

I don't think this is as clearcut as people think it is. For positions with few majors, like C and G, I believe that sitting out a year, even with the introduction of veteran abilities, can be overcome. I'm not 100% positive that I'm correct, but I have a handful of guys that sat out for a season, and feel reasonably confident that they are good for their creation dates, and not just their levels.

One point of comparison, you have G that was created 10 days after my G was created (s3d2 vs s3d12). Mine sat out for his first season, but I believe he could possibly compete with yours. Would you be willing to share your build so that we can compare?

You are incredibly jealous of the guys who do it, because their players turn out so much better. That's all.

But that means that the guy will be lower leveled by the time they start to decline...so the slow builds have a shorter shelf life.

By doing super slow, it makes a GREAT team after about 7 seasons, but they will never reach the levels that a regular "slow build" can reach by the 10th season.

Basically you sacrifice a whole season, lose about 6 levels and by the time you add all those saved XP, you are still 6 levels and 30 SP behind the guys who did it normally in the same timeframe.

So i just don;t get why its done so much.

I don't agree with your numbers. As long as I'm boosting every season, by the time I am level 29, I believe that I will be less than 3 levels behind the player that played every season. I happen to believe that the 15 sp lost from sitting out are easily made up by reaching soft caps at earlier levels.

Now, I could be wrong, but I haven't seen it yet.
