Check this out from one of the teams I GM. We're 10-2 in 3rd place. Agent has 2 players on the team. He's the 2nd string Guard and LB. He asks for his outright release. Of course with paying for his EQ, the Owner isn't going to do that, so he trades him to a 11-1 1st place team, where his Guard is now the starter, his LB hadn't found a team that wanted him, and we get this message.....

That is lovely. I got a guy complaining about how his WR is being used disguising his non-stop bitching on the team forum about only wanting to win. That team is in 3rd place 10-2. He complained after every win, so we blocked him from the forum. 95% of people are cool, but there are just some clueless dumbasses out there.

Oh my word! why in the world do they have to be like that. His players are on winning teams.
What does he want? To be starters on losing teams? or is he a stat guy?

My word. Some peoples kids, i tell you.

See for me, it's all about how the owner runs his team. If the owner is very active and takes care of his people, then I will be happy and loyal to the team.

You are in the 95% club my friend. I have players on my team that signed with me when I got my team after season 3. I have no idea who they are, they don't know me, all I know is they want to play for a decent team and not argue all day on the message board. I guess that sums up my team. We're decent and we get along.

That is how my team is with great team players. I have guys on my team that have been career backups, and have been with me for seemingly forever, but they just like the team.

you can account for Sumatra's fall with the loss of their pass rush. It's not as if their DE's got bad overnight, it's that the T's have gotten better (naturally for most teams, with the help of Bort for others). Without the relentless pursuit they had last season, Sumatra becomes a middle of the road type team. Don't count them out of the championship hunt yet, but we definitely need to expand our bag of tricks now.

Everyone's pass rush is not as good as it was last season. We are all in the same boat.
