Let the record reflect the the MaRAWKolytes are not involved in this discussion. aaria is a big fan of ours (and we his likewise), but we make no statements based on polls. We don't play common schedules, so it is hard to see other than the overall records who is playing better.

Plus, to play the Lion conference again, we have to win three playoff games, which is 3 more than we have won so far. I'm not putting that cart before our horse.

To be honest we are into the weaker portion of our schedule now so we should hopefully not lose anymore (barring any more screw ups from the DC like not scouting Wisconsin well enough ... that miserable bastard... oh wait that's me).

Anyways... I think the point is that you are having a hard time proving your team's QB is better and you have 10 levels on Marino. That alone proves out point. You guys are a great passing team with great QBs and that is respected. But I beleive this whole thing started by somebody saying other teams don't have the levels to compete. Point made.

I would also like to point out one other thing. Those amazing stats you put up? Look who you have played. 6 of your 10 games were against the 6 worst teams in your conference. Then you played the last place team in our conference. So 7 of your 10 games were against the worst possible competition (no offense to these teams, just trying to prove a point). Then you played Morawko (nice win) and the #6 and #9 teams in your conference. That's it. So you still have to play your last 6 games against top 10 teams because you haven't played a tough schedule yet. Your argument is weak and coming on here bragging against those opponents is sad. No offense.

This would be a forceful argument if Pangani had played anyone in the top of its division too. Pangani his beaten Zambezi (currently ranked #5) and Quicama (currently ranked #7). That's it. I guess 8 of your 10 wins were also against significantly weaker teams.

Your team passes less than E'ci. Your choice and it has served you well thus far. We'll discuss again in 6 games.

[EDIT: Lastly, Synge and Johnny both have QB ratings of 145 to Danny's rating of 134 thus far. All three are respectable, but right now Synge and Johnny are better, regardless of level]

Please point out where I said Marino was better than your QB... Thanks...

My argument was that they are both good.... and my guy is 10 levels lower than yours... which was in response to "Nobody can hang with us... simply going by levels"... and you cannot prove your are better...not with that weak ass schedule

The best proof would be final records. Until then, margin of victory may be an indicator, although not a reliable one.

I apologize. I forget that AA#3 is no longer the happy-happy joy-joy place it was with the original owners. They knew how to have friendly banter amongst competition. With obvious exceptions. Willm, Brittany.

That out of the way. Let me try to better explain what I was saying.

The Peckers are in the Lion conference. E'ci is in the Elephant conference. That means we do not play the same teams. Still with me? Yes, thats right, there is a inter-conference game at the beginning of the season! Very good! So that means we shared at least one common opponent. So since different conferences, the best way to compare is to examine how each team did against that same team! Yes, Billy, the NFL and BCS do this all the time when head to head is not available.

So in that game our QB, plays HALF of the game, and still puts up better stats. I wonder what would have happened if he would have played the whole game? Doubled his completions and attempts? Take what the other QB did and add it to the total? I see where you are having trouble with this concept by calling it weak. Side-note, the cool kids on the "intraweb" now use weaksauce as the appropriate derogatory put down. In the extreme case, use Weakest Sauce Ever. I suggest you peruse urbandictionary to catch up your slang. Back to the point of today's lecture. A level 31 QB against a defense who is at least 39 or higher, is a glaring weak link in the offense. And unless that same QB was the greatest build in the history of GLB (which is what I said in the first post), our defense will eat him alive.

I really gave you the benefit of the doubt for a while thinking this was just a continued fishing trip from you. But I have to assume you really just don't get it

Let me break it down for you
- You say we're number 1, mainly due to levels. You asked for an argument why this isn't true.
- I gave you an argument based on a Level 30 being a better build than a Level 40.
This was a subjective argument and couldn't be proven anyway. It was thrown out there to 1) give some props to our QB who honestly has one of the best builds I've seen and 2) hopefully make you question that your "high level" player builds may be the reason for your continued disappointment in this league. Based on your defensiveness, I assume I was successful...sweet I'm happy. Note: This is where I usually step out and let you cry over the TRUTH

Now class - here's where aaria should have tried either a feeble attempt at counter argument or some half decent trash talking

Instead, you try to strawman the argument into your QB, in a weak conference, on a pass heavy team will have better stats than a younger QB, in a tough conference, with a run heavy offense. Nice call Einstein.
