great question, here's the answer! This is like a slow build team to start meaining we will focus on double capping our main attruibute first. Like Str. for the power HB, and speed for CB's and WR's! Meaning that all of our stamina will suck, so everyone will get pleanty of playing time.
as for going over the cap, from my previous calcs getting 5-6games after initial creation to end the season should set you up the following year to be in the 13.8 range. Of course this is pending PT. Being on a human team though there is a huge benefit.....if at any time late in the year you feel you'll be approaching too close to lv14(factor in 408 xp training in playoffs) you can request to be dropped from the depth chart for last game of regular season thus preventing 300+xp keeping you in appropriate range.
if a strict 40man roster...have someone created a temp filler player to replace player coming off DC just to be sure CPU doesnt decide to still play him for some odd reason.
On a side note, I'm still unsure what kind of flex i'll have available so hard to commit to creating a player. Best shot though is a 100FP position so Oline or Punter. I'd lean toward Oline. Applied for store opening mid-march to get some added hours which may fit in perfect for season9 so will see how things go. I could perhaps create one to work on it but if i need to backout i'm sure someone out there would have a player to fit the need just less financially sound. May look to retire by 30LB as well but with commitments to boost my WR and 1 DE, those flex would go fast as well. Other alternative is sister finding a job to start paying back $1500 she owes me.
