Have you seen some of the teams they have scrimmaged and beaten this season? Budapest is 11-1 in AAA. Warsaw is 9-3 in AA. Helsinki is 11-1 in AA. Moose Jaw is undefeated in Canada AA. I know scrimmages by and large aren't the tell all to everything, but taken as a whole, I think DC's scrimmage record shows they will do fairly well in higher leagues.
