He's level 5 though but he also has 3 SPs to use too. He's hit the 3:1 cap.

Jesus guys. Building Centers is the easiest thing in this game. The OP's center is nothing special at all and it's sad that you think it is. btw, 48 blocking is not soft capped yet, fyi. btw, the Center on a slow-build team that I'm on is level 3 with 49 strength (truly soft capped) and 27 base blocking, which is better than your guy already.
