Why wouldnt you recruit the highest level you could (with a good build)?

I agree, this should always be your goal. I'm a little surprised you had so many players willing to come on who outleveled the league by so much. Obviously you did great with recruitment. I like a challenge ... it'll get us ready for AA

Seeing how it's our 3rd season we've accomplished a lot. 2 total team rebuilds in our first two seasons and this is our end product, not a bad achievement. lol
