It wasn't a matter of letting something happen or not letting it happen. They moved on to their own new team and I wasn't going to demand that they stay. They gave us a lot of help, but their leaving wasn't a disaster. One person steps down, someone else steps up. I can't expect to keep the same people together indefinitely.

And, by the way, you certainly have reason to be confident, you've got a great team.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. We originally planed for a 2 year stay in A, but I fell into a pile of great players, and we are now thinking we have a shot to promote again this season.
