I've been so busy lately I almost forgot to update everyone on this, but with playoffs starting in a couple days, it's important!
After last season's promotion scheme didn't get us what we were looking for in some cases, we've updated the promotion sort order as for who to choose for promotion to fill vacated CPU team slots to make regular season victories more important.
The new sort order is:
1. Number of playoff victories
2. Number of playoff games participated in (this covers the first round losers over the non playoff teams)
3. Regular season wins
4. Regular season ties
5. Regular season points scored
6. Regular season points against (lower is better)
7. Postseason scrimmage wins (not friendlies)
8. Postseason scrimmage ties (not friendlies)
9. Avg playoff game points differential
10. Avg postseason scrimmage points differential
11. Avg playoff points scored
12. Avg postseason scrimmage points scored
13. Avg playoff points allowed (lower is better)
14. Avg postseason scrimmages points allowed (lower is better)
15. Random selection.
number 7
Again, you are embarrassing everyone who came up from SEA 7. I was responding to your comment that your scrimmage win at the end of the season put you ahead of us in promotion. You were NOT ranked higher for promotion than Manila because our regular season record was better. That means that if we were even on #1 and #2, we beat you out by virtue of a better #3 therefore there was no need to go to #7 for tie breakers.
My bad, you misunderstood me, I wasnt talking about being in ahead of you, I meant Hanoi. I dont think there are any friends in AA4, I do see I have half of the triceratops out in force though!
You weren't ahead of Hanoi either. Regular season is taken into account over post season and Hanoi had a 14-2 record wheras you had a 12-4 record.
