Actually I am really well prepared. I have brought in the Sudan Adders RB my LVL 37 MLB and my Sack Machine DE.

I also have brought in my friends 2 amazing OLineman.

I will also be getting another LVL 37 WR and a LVL 32 WR, TE, CB and FB.

My offense should be of the hook with my defense improving greatly as well.

It does allow you to be more aggressive in FA but the agents who are willing to make the minimum are the ones you want on your team. You guys have a good team and just plug away and you will do fine.

Yeah but I can't pay for equipment as it is. I'm sure we'll still be competitive, but I just wasn't expecting to be pulled up.

You need agents willing to wait a season, or half a season, to upgrade in certain cases. Each season, I make a financial plan that takes into account an 8-8 season, 0 home playoff games, 0 away playoff games. I then figure out the minimum I need to get the stadium progression going.

After that, the rest is for equipment. Last season, we narrowly made the level 24 list. Level 32 list is going to be very rough, but we'll get by. We may end up doing 3/4 pieces, or something. Then buy the rest for the playoffs, or possibly in the off-season. You can't destroy your finances for equipment. It is simply not sound. Agents must realize this, and buy into the system, or you're going to end up broke AND with no players.

Done properly, you'll eventually be able to pay maximum salaries, or at least really stupidly high salaries, and not worry about money. It takes time, and dedicated agents, though.

Too much logic involved in that.

But I see his side too, there are alot of agents out there who dont have a clue about the way things should be and many teams cave in because of stupid salaries etc. I am just thankful i got a bunch of cheap hoes to play for me.

Oh and for the record I'm not a cheap hoe!!!!!! I demand tons of yardage and Touchdowns!
