Africa BBB was the cap 13 league. So, you are comparing apples to oranges.

Come on Cheese. Do you ever think first? There is no Africa BBB. Africa A and Canada BBB were released season 5.

I started in a Canada BBB with a level 13 cap just like WE BBB and was promoted to an uncapped Canada A, just like you, voegma and OShane are complaining about. That's called apples to apples.

All I am trying to suggest is that there is no need to promote. If you use my system the teams get to stay together and the leagues will be even more competitive. In face Venom you would move up to play all the league winners. Your team would still have to work its ass of to win and would still need to recruit to win. Then you move up again to a very difficult league and finally on to the Pros!!!!!!!!!

I just think the current system sucks. (call it complaining) But why should a team of 21s-25s have to go up against 36s.

I understand you have done it Venom and so have others. I just don't want to. I recruited a team that I want to keep together and if promoted I am keeping it together. I just think it is a raw deal. My opinion differs from yours that is all.

Exactly. No one is forcing you to break up your team. Take your lumps, stay together and in a couple of season you will once again be fighting for a title.

Does anyone know if the teams being promoted have been notified yet or is that just something I will find out tomorrow when I wake up?

your idea aint too bad...but it would only work for about 1 season, then the leagues become relatively mixed up. after the second time this is done then every league will probly be very skewed(assuming few teams do a complete flip job and exceptionally improve or deteriorate) the top teams from the first season will end up running the board on the lower teams (i.e. the teams from the #1,2,3,4 wil probly end up being head of league while the teams from #13,14,15,16 will end up being wiped again

Just a quick update for the sky is falling crowd in this thread. Of the teams that moved up to A#1 from BBB#1 last season, 3 are 3-0, 2 are 2-1 and 2 gutted. So far the teams from BBB are kicking ass and taking names. In other words the OP was waaaaaaaaaaaay off.

I personally find it kind of stupid for a team that was in a 13 cap league to move up to a league with no cap at all. Why should the team that moved up have to completely disband to become competitive? Can't you just take all the winners from the 16 leagues and make them move in to one league within their own geographical area, then all those that finished second move in to another league and down the line. There all the teams that start in BBB together can essentially stay together. Essentially that allows all players who would be of a similar level to move together.

Let's use Western Europe as an example.

At the end of season 1 Winners go to a level 24 cap in BBB #1 and then 2nd place to BBB #2 etc....this begins season 2

Then at the end of season 2 winners and 2nd place teams move to two leagues and that is the new BBB#1-2 (trying to account for teams levels distribute accordingly) and it is capped at lets say 30-32 this begins season 3. So you take 2 teams from each leagues 1-16 and use some sort of program that would look at levels and say top team goes into league 1 and then next goes 2, then next goes 1 then back to 2 etc...this allows for the league to stay competitive and does not make a team gut themselves to move up. Teams that go CPU move to league 15-16.

Now finally in season 4 the league goes uncapped. No team has to be gutted and the competitive balance remains. Essentially as the teams move up in this fashion the leagues start to define themselves. 1st and 2nd would be pro 3-6 would be AAA, 7-14 would be AA. That leaves 2 leagues that you move CPU teams to. It gives free agents a chance to play and continue to improve their players with those of the same creation date time frame. At this level then all the teams may move up or down as they do now. The balance can still be there. So a diagram that helps out start at the bottom.

He didn't add very much in terms of new players and surprise, surprise his team is in third place in WE A#2 with the best rushing attack in the league and an 11-2 record. People just like to worry sometimes I think. The system in place is working much better now with the extra seasonal promotions and relegations. Looks like his team has a great chance to promote again.
