I think you should talk with the Lo Pans' management team to discuss how badly they handle finances, and then perhaps they'd be able to bring in the talent to make your stats actually worth something. Oh wait... I guess as a GM, that blame is laid upon yourself for the "shitty reciving corps and no run game".

You point out that your team doesn't have a running game, which is exactly the reason that Papman won't get a nod from anyone other than yourself... when all your team can do is pass, they better get a ton of yards. It's much more impressive what Leonard Dawson did with the Bengals, Rambling Ghost did with the Lions, and Isiah Plexico did with the Bucks... three of the better rushing teams teams in EEA#3, yet having a QB that high up on the leaderboard.

I don't have any control of the finances or who we bring in, I'm just the DC

Teams gotta have a financial officer (namely me) or owners like scyllz demand their hookers gold plated. It simply doesn't matter how often you tell them that their skin needs to be exposed to the air, all they understand is the bottom dollar line.

You've got too many words in there, Rot... dollar isn't necessary.

Big wins = big pimpin' = big booty gold plated hookers with a nice bottom line.

I think you misunderstood me. The owners only understand where the dollars go- to the hookers' bottom line.

I say your player is not even in my top 3 QBs. He had a bellow 100 QB rating in half of the regular season games.

1.) Heine Rogild - Warriors

#1 in passing yards and TD, took an average team to the playoffs playing with great regularity during all season.

2.) Giovanni Ferrari - Business Time

Best QB Rating among the 50+ TD

3.) Leonard Dawnson - Brøndby and Valbys Bengals

2nd in yards and 3rd in TDs, had a great season even playing for a not so good team.

Yeah, I'll give you those Alpha representatives, Macaleh... but I'd still argue that Papman isn't even in Zeta's top three, either.

Also, I think #3 and #1 are flip-flopped in your posting, though. I think Dawson's performance is incredible, considering the amount of rushing yards that the Bengals compiled. You obviously have to have a good running game to keep the chains moving, but it also eats the clock. I think it's amazing the way Dawson was still able to torch the league for so many yards with such little time to do it. Crazy offense over there.

How am I not even in the top 3 in Zeta? The guys ahead of me in stats had level 37 receivers, My best receiver was a level 28 guy with 0 speed.

to put it bluntly your stats are inconsistant, you have good games against bad teams and bad games against good teams. clearly not all-zeta team material.

Too true, Rot. And I had to laugh out loud at that, literally... "good work". Too funny.

Look, Pap... you're not a bad player, but clearly there were better efforts put forth in Zeta. If you want a comparison, then think of Donovan McNabb this season. There were at least two games this season where he was far and away the best QB in all of the NFL (and without a running game, and probably what you'd call a "shitty receiving corp"), and he will be near the top of the NFC in yards and TDs when the season ends... but he will NOT go to the Pro Bowl. He isn't on a serious playoff contender, he didn't bring his team out of nowhere to shake up the league, and most importantly, he's in the same conference as Drew Brees, Kurt Warner and... *cringe*... Tony Romo.

Good season? Definitely. One of the best as a QB in Zeta? Not so much.

1. Rambling Ghost
2. Isiah Plexico
3. Mick Ratlar
4. A.C. Papman/Vincent Testicouilleverte (toss-up)

To be honest I thought I was the 3rd best QB in Zeta, I can live with the McNabb comparison.
