Well, if you ran a better ship over there, maybe there wouldn't be a problem with me trying to bring your players in.

All you guys need to calm down yous don't appear to be giving it much time to be resolved and rash decisions are not what yous want to make. Waking up the next day and not being on MTD could be a big regret.

The ship is fine. And if you want players that turn on an owner,especially this one, in a heartbeat then you are welcome to them because they will do it to you. From the looks of your post maybe you guys would be a good fit.

Wow, drama! People acting like little girls.

Here's what I know...

- Matt (Scace) puts a TON of time into this game. I don't know what the issues are with playing time, unhappy players, or whatnot, but I guarantee it's not for lack of him trying. The guy did power rankings for AAA#2 for an entire season even after he wasn't in the league anymore. That's dedication.

- The new changes for season 6 have literally doubled the amount of prep I need to put into a game. Those of us doing 90% of the work for our teams as owners are suddenly having a VERY hard time doing things right. Before we had control of the offensive playbook I could quickly scout a team's last two games, jot some notes on what they do best and what plays they like to run, and then put in a plan to try to beat them. I could do that in 60-90 minutes with greasemonkey. Now it takes me twice that and I have to watch ever snap. To really scout a team properly I need to map every play they run on offense. I need to make note of what types of plays they're running from each formation. Then I need to do the same on defense. What packages are they running against each offensive formation? Is a team blitzing a lot? From where? Where can I attack them? All that said, if you guys aren't happy with game prep don't blame Matt, chip in. My team lost three straight games (to three very good teams) and it was no coincidence in my mind that all of them occurred when my family was on Thanksgiving vacation and I wasn't putting in full game prep. I love GLB, but I can't put 3+ hours into every gameplan. I dropped an ultimatum on my team a week ago, I needed some help or this was our last season. They responded and I hit the jackpot by getting lucky and getting TheInstantClassic to sign on as a GM after G-Town went CPU owned. Otherwise this would be my last season.

- If this is about getting everyone snaps that's become A LOT harder this season. I used to rip other owners apart in the forums when they said they couldn't get everyone on their team 30+ snaps. For three seasons I could get 45 of 50 players on my roster above 30 snaps every game and the other 5 were getting at least 25. This season I've been struggling a lot from game to game with our WR's and LB's. If we see a team we want to attack with a lot of I-formation plays my #4 and #5 WR aren't getting a lot of snaps. Similarly, now that teams can set their playbook there are a lot of teams running 3WR sets for 50% of their offensive plays. I had a game we played over 60 defensive snaps and our ROLB was in for 17 plays. Some games I need 5 LB's and they're all pretty gassed after the game. Other games I'd have a hard time getting 4 guys all 35 snaps. It's not easy anymore. This game has become so complex, the teams you face on a weekly basis are now so different, it's hard to be consistent, to have a generic gameplan that works, to get everyone snaps.

i don't even know everyone. but i can say for something that was supposed to be in house? how the heck did you accidentally post it here? lmao.

teams go through ups and downs. in this league your not gonna win every game. i don't know what's going on, but you don't down someone who spends alot of their r/l time trying to make a team win and be better. just not right.

we've got 3 wins all season? and i don't see any of my players complaining about it. you guys are playoff team. give it a rest it could be worse. what matters is you win when it counts.

Ditto. THis is unreal. MTD is a solid team, and in all my interactions with SCACE I have been nothing but impressed. I'm not taking sides one way or another, but I am shocked to see this kind of drama coming out of that team.

For the sake of MTD, SCACE and the players, as well as OPRO, I hope things get worked out, but judging the situation on the laundry being aired right now . . .

I was actually thinking of testing out the Kick a FG on any down regardless of distance tactic since our QB's are throwing crazy picks and our HB's can't hold onto the ball. Seems like the safer option.
