Unfortunately he'll have to wait for the BCS contracts to expire first. All he can do is block their renewal, right?

He can send in the Marines!

I cant believe that man will have the control of my beloved Marine Corps. What a sad day it will be Jan 20th.

So you're implying the imbecile now in charge of selfishly putting them in harm's way is far better?

Selfish indeed. All to protect his daddys friends assets.

ROFLMAO, stop it, stop it (slapping hand on floor, holding side, can't stop laughing)

not to turn this forum away from football, but just for my own curiosity, how is "the imbecile now in charge" selfishly putting them in harm's way? I'm most interested in how you used the word selfishly.

For my own curiosity, why did we invade Iraq? To overthrow Saddam? Why didn't they state that from the beginning?

i don't know, this might be a reason: http://www.thehotjoints.com/2008/07/06/us-removes-550-metric-tons-of-uranium-from-iraq/

You should do some research. That yellowcake was purchased from Niger in 1981- it miraculously became a threat now? You should read up on yellowcake. You'll find it's far from weapons grade uranium. But hey, with your logic, every country in the world should invade us and take ours because we have tons of the high grade stuff that can blow up the earth 50 times over AND we have the worst record for setting off the most nuclear bombs in the history of the world.

To answer your "selfish" question. 4200+ troops killed, Tens of thousands wounded, no bid contracts to Haliburton, mortgaging our children's future to pay for the war, not willing to serve in the Vietnam War but willing to start one and send others, starting a war without thinking of the consequences, not bothering to do his homework before he went in, Valerie Plame leak, lying to Congress to justify going in, I could go on and on and on.

Have you been living under a rock?

Not to mention the roughly 90,000 Iraqi civilians killed by the violence since 2003

Like the 70 point beatdowns Nebraska has endured the past couple of seasons? Anyway, projections changed and now FSU will most likely face Wisconsin in the Capital One Bowl

Peterson/Callahan/Cosgrove and company are GONE. GOOD RIDDENCE.

What the rest of the country saw out of Husker land the past 4 seasons, was not Husker football. That was, as Mike Gundy would put it, GARBAGE...JUST GARBAGE. Notice there weren't any 70 point beatdowns this season. There were ugly losses to MU and OU, but we are well on our way back...
