I think people need to start watching other teams games. If you watch just a few pro games in any league the playbook is out there on how to stop the run...

We didn't change much of anything against DD other than to focus on the run more often...obviously that didn't work...but besides that my AI was shit. Our Safeties dropped way too much and our LBs went with them too often. My situational AI sucked balls even when I knew what was coming.
On top of that DD is a complete team, there's no denying that. Offensively they controlled everything and were as effective as they needed to be with their passing game. Defensively their DBs are underrated and their Ends came out of nowhere to give our Tackle's nightmares.
If this is an example of what happens when they actually gameplan for a team Africa 3A has officially become DD's bitch.
Props to whoever's running things over there and to everyone who's stuck with the slowbuild plan and created a monster at your position.

Thanks...definitely a team effort for sure. Not trying to be an ass, but I don't think we game planned at all, biggest difference is we all hit lvl 32 since last game and now all have lvl 32 equipment

Thanks...definitely a team effort for sure. Not trying to be an ass, but I don't think we game planned at all, biggest difference is we all hit lvl 32 since last game and now all have lvl 32 equipment

No "assness" detected. I mentioned a gameplan purely because I noticed the LBs and DBs jumping on our running game moreso than in your previous games.
We're still working on getting everyone their level 32 equipment so I'm envious on that one, but I don't think that made that much of a difference.

I'm not sure if our builds are necessarily "wrong". They may need a tweak, but they did win three straight playoff births and a championship. Run defense used to be a strength of ours.

well, i do all/most the tactics for dd and we did focus on your run more than any team we have played so far and it paid off..i was actually worried about you guys, but we stepped up big.i was most surprised by our pass defense with so many run stopping plays.question: all those qb runs by you guys, were those scrambles or draws?
and joe, dont go saying we have 32 equipment-you are getting them excited..the only guys with 32 equipment for me are mario, link, and hulk ..so that leaves basically the rest of the offense needing it..we are poor, it sucks.

The QB runs were scrambles. When we run a designed QB run he tends to limp up to the line and fall down. He's good when forced to run though.
Your pass D really caught me off guard. I expected to be able to move the ball fairly well and get at least a couple big plays through the air and score that way. Instead we just got shut the fuck down.
Like I said, props. We're by no means cream of the crop but we're no slouches either and today was impressive.
I kinda feel like I need to redo the whole AI right now....but then I think it can't be that bad, you guys just seem to be that good....for now that's what I'm going with cuz I don't want to mess it up trying fix what you guys showed us needs fixing.
