You're right, Nevada beat us handily in Kono's first attempt at defensive coordination and new offensive tactics in the 1st and 3rd quarters. We both learned and continue to learn ways to improve our team. I have great respect for them and never expected, even by the end of the season when we've been able to oil our machine, I'd be impressed to pull a victory over Nevada or Tulsa.

However, I'm not going to sit here and make fun of the Toros when they get stomped by those squads and pretend like it is my own victory.

Someone's a little ruffled today.

He sent me a challenge, I opened it (thus removing the bold 1 from alerts on the main page). I sent a PM to my HC about it, and.. long story short, I dropped the ball and forgot about it.

So, he PMed me the day before, and I told him I screwed up, my bad, sorry. I said I wanted to decline and reschedule so we would have ample time to game plan. He called me a pansy, said "who game plans for scrimmages?" yadda yadda.

So, it's just their thing. They're perfect, and anyone who makes a mistake is obviously a coward. Shrug.

A team can only send out three challenges at any given time. We've already sent out all three.

Additionally, I didn't instigate this trash talk, you fucking moron. You were the idiot that dropped the "i think they prefer holding their opponents under 60" remark and subsequently tried to get into a pissing match with Darius which if you had half a brain you would realize is the most pointless thing you can possibly do.

Beyond this, Kono will have our defense humming beautifully when it matters. I have no doubts. In my initial attempts at trying new things I've made far bigger blunders.

DrkSandman, you're condensing the reality and also cutting it short to suit yourself and that is all I will say on that topic. It's over and done with.


Moral of the story is, my testicles are getting a bit crowded and I've got too many people hanging onto them; I'm asking, kindly, for some of you let someone else have a turn.

PS. Tulsa beat Nevada's spread by 5 on us and this is with what I believed to be were improved tactics from what we scrapped using on Nevada.
I'm sticking by my Tulsa #1 in the West prediction.

I'm not feeling very good after the scrimmages tbh. Though, I have a lot of trust in my OC and DC. Hope that their testing will allow us not to have 80+ put up on us in the regular season lol.
