ohhh were gonna start this are we? i lost half my team because i got my ownership halfway through season and people were fed up with the old owner and didnt give me a chance, i had to recruit 23 people this offseason and have gotten 15, and i could still probably beat your team. but we can just wait now cant we?

I didn't start it. Dis on my recruiting...you have no idea what kind of recruiting I have done this offseason. I mean I am sorry I had alot of people stay on this team...that tends to happen when you got a good group of agents and you are familiar with them. You got a team midseason and obviously didn't have that privilege. Sorry to hear that. I have been a key part of a few rebuilds and it isn't easy...but don't hate on me because I didn't have to recruit much for this team. I did plenty of recruiting...just not with this team. Also...I am always recruiting...not just in the offseason. I also have done enough recruiting to say that half of the level 30+ guys I ran across when looking for guys for my other teams couldn't even make it as a backup on this team...so I wish you even more luck trying to get the rest of your team. You better hope you can snag some of the day 1 releases because most of what is out there now sucks!

that is true, ppl expect 7000 a day with CB builds with 50 SA points. thats why im going to have to rely on trades. we will see what goes on and i do apolgize for what i said. lets have a good rest of the season in the game and this forum

you hear the ol saying "level doesnt matter, build does" well in your case being 6-9 lvls below most of the competition. i can't use that saying. you didnt do much recruiting... WAIT you have a level 31 kicker!

When agents find teams that have good ownership/management and other active agents, they tend to want more of their own players and friends on that team. I guess that is called a good reputation.

And they stay together on that team, and get together on other teams as well. When you have people who know what they are doing, you don't break that up just to get a couple of hollow level gains with bad builds.
At least we didn't dump our roster like Philly. They have 90% CPU-players. Thunder Bay is guaranteed a win against them in week 1.

well, we cant help it that our out of confrence game is against a gutted team, if your upset about that go complain to bort. were gonna play hard every game and if that means we dont win a single game then so be it. i didnt say your team was bad, i was saying you didnt recruit higher level guys and that might hurt you later on.

Look at it this way...we will have players leave and we will upgrade when they decide to do this. The turnover should be minimal but will happen. Also you must imagine my thinking here...40% of all of the teams above us will not be in existance in 3 seasons. We will be very well built at that time and also will have no problems affording to pay sick amounts to players at that time either.
I think the future is VERY bright. I am not going anywhere and I know most of the guys I have on the team aren't either...and they are likely to bring more guys over when they are needed too. So this helps out the recruiting battle.
