Nope....but AA has a full season of play on any of the A leagues. And a full season in level 20-30 range can be very large. And that is exactly what I've been trying to point out to the A teams since they moved up. Every single one of the expansion teams that got moved up could recruit all lvl 35+ players, just look at WoA, most just chose not to out of respect for the players that got them to where they are. All that said, i wish you guys the best of luck, and as mentioned earlier its great that you found a place to get most of the old team to. You just have to have some feeling about how it looks to the rest of us that doesnt know what went on behind the scenes.

Just so you know...

There were a certain amount of guys who simply didn't renew their contracts at the end of the season and moved on. I can think of 3 who did exactly that.

There was also quite a bit of discussion on the team's private forum where a good majority of the agents for players that are no longer here VOLUNTARILY decided to step down for the good of the team. No one who wanted to hang around was booted.

So please dont think it was a deliberate gutting and refilling with >30 level guys. It flat out wasn't.

Yeah, we had a few people who didn't re-sign as well.
Levels mean piddly if the player isn't built well too. My level 23 HB is built so much better than my level 32 FS. So many 30+ players banked on SA's too early (I know I did, because I didn't know better at the time) and lower level players are better.

Yea, just look at DD who won the league last year. They where all lvl 28 at season end, and they dominated the rest of the teams in the play-offs.

I knew DD. DD was the slow build team from hell that knew exactly what they were doing. They may have been 28 on paper by the end of the season, but they played like players well over 30.

The teams that promoted up from A are not like DD was last season.

Wasnt trying to compare the promoter's to DD, just in responce to the "builds > lvl's" comment. And the rst of the teams here have gained 3-5 lvl's avg since same time last year, so ofc the scenario shouldnt be the same

Some1 mentioned Anubis somewhere. Anubis didnt really kick anyone off the team to make room for higher level players. We had a few agents with a good number of players on the team and some of them moved on. We filled holes with new players. We kept the core players together and as far as I know, everyone that left did so voluntarily.

With that being said, this is a whole new league! A league teams wouldnt stand a chance if they didn't go out and recruit. AA has had a lot of seasons to develop and A has had one. Usually new expansion teams get moved up into a league thats been around for one season. Africa AA has been around for a while I think...this is its 3rd or 4th season. Great job to richmond for recruiting!
