Just follow the Raptors plan and you should be ok. I have no doubt that you the newbies will give us a challenge.

Yay we get a shout out. I don't know what our plan was, we basically just kept the same nucleus and just tried to upgrade the weak spots beat the teams we were supposed to and try to upset a team or two (like when we got lucky against Berlin). Basically don't expect to got 15-1 or 14-2 though you did have an advantage of not going uncapped after your first season.

Yeah, I don't think its fair when capped teams get bumped up to uncapped leagues.
