Not really, quite a few teams dont bother gameplanning for post season scrimages as their results mean absolutely nothing (well they do now... but having 8+ teams go CPU in either APL is far fetched). I think both the Marvins 2 and LAX are solid teams as their records over the past few seasons reflects, however I dont think you can take much comparison from these two teams away from the game assuming that one didnt gameplan.

but they got stomped out. and i doubt robb spent hours gameplanning for it either....

Well, gameplanning for meaningful games usually doesnt take hours either... it just takes 10-15 minutes if that once you have an skeleton AI worked out which you can build off of for every other game. Hell just changing your run/pass percentages can make a huge difference if playing to your opponents weaknesses. I bet Rob did atleast swap a few %'s around. Im not justifying the fact that LAX lost, however it is a legitimate excuse to say they didnt gameplan if they indeed didnt because quite a few teams dont bother messing with anything for these post season scrimages.
