Man, get real. Any idea suggested that whose sole intent does nothing but UNDERMINE an entire team is NOT a pretty solid suggestion.

If people have issues with the Owner/Player balance they need to come up with suggestions that DON'T equate to SCREWING EVERYBODY ELSE on the team.

How anyone can look at that thread and the OP's suggested "cure" and say it is "pretty solid" is beyond me.

You miss the point to such an extent that you highlight precisely why it is such an interesting and effective idea. The fact that the team suffers would have all the other agents on it asking the owner "hey - what's going on with this guy?" so that the owner has to attempt to resolve the situation quickly, with the result that nobody gets screwed, or NOBODY GETS SCREWED in your terminology. At the moment, owners can rot players for entire seasons without the team suffering and this is wrong/unrealistic. The post in the link above explains it in more detail.

I know that these suggestions are bad, but to point out and ridicule people for their ideas is over the top. The people who gave the suggestions - regardless of the suggestions' merits - felt that they were good ideas. Trashing them simply means that perhaps next time the person will not suggest a truly great idea, thereby robbing the game of a good suggestion.

your #1 is kind of mean. shit, people can't help how they are born so thats kind of fucked up. i read you said it was because of the title, but that shouldn't make it number 1. some of the other suggestions up there are just terrible though

yeah really. It would be so awesome to take a fullback who gets .5 agility a level and make him a HB later on in life. That's just one example I can think Of off the top of my head, why this would NOT work.

Being able to play out of position with a small penalty is fine the way it is.
