iowa deserves the bump based on what?

The fact that we are the only 48 in the match up screen in the division, the fact that we have good builds and good management

Just checked and you guys are a 45 overall, just like UN, BBE, E'ci, MaRAWK!!o and I didn't check the rest of the teams but as you can see you're not rated any higher there.

No knock to Iowa, you guys are a very good team that beat us, but I have to say I worry much more about playing UN and BBE still. I'd rather play Iowa 4 times in a season than face UN and BBE the once each I have to.

We are a 45 as well

So are we, what does that prove...

Can it make my team a 51?

Also - I'm impressed with the work done on all the teams. This doesn't happen by itself. I wish I had 100 chemistry like UN does and I wish I knew how to get my team to a 48 as quick as Iowa.

Regardless, the rest of the season is going to be fun. I hope many of us end up in the same league next year as I enjoy it.

Ok - now back to your normal MaRAWK!!olypse.

I'd say that at this point the gap between Iowa and BBE and UN is not about the players at all anymore and strictly a gameplanning thing. Now we'll see how our gameplans stackup later in the season, and I dunno about you but I have alotta faith in our coordinators.

I'm glad you reconsidered because before my teammates and I decided to destroy their QBs they had allowed about 1 sack a game and we put up 14 on them including 10 by me. Also I don't know their OTs build but he is a 29 so it's not like I was working against a level 15.

I need to sneak a peek at Tanner's build o_O

Ha I'd love to share it with you but considering you're on the wrong team I'm not going to be able to. The first problem you might have though is having a picture of a Michigan player. Maybe if you changed it to a Gator you'd have some more luck.

And P.S. I'm still not sure how a CB making 10 tackles and 1 sack is better than 15 tackles and 10 sacks but I'll let him have the glory for this week. I predict more big sack games for Tanner in the future.

I used google image search, dont remember what I typed in exactly but that was the first pic of a menacing looking football player who I felt would pass for a DE.

My center's pic being a michigan player is total coincidence as well. I originally made him as a guard and my D-league team changed him to a C for some reason. When I searched for a pic for him I tried to think of the baddest guard in the nfl. It was between faneca and hutchinson. You can tell by the pic which one I decided on... didnt even know he went to michigan. My personal favorite avatar though is my halfback Cyrus Campbell's. That's the meanest stiffarm I've ever seen.. and to think it was Antonio Gates... a TE.

That was last season. Teams get better you know. They can bring in new players. Were the Patriots supposed to be the #1 team in the AFC after Tom Brady went down?

You do realize their is no injuries in GLB, right? Just wondering why you would compare the two, since it's not like D3 is gonna go out and party with the Rawkers and have a goat hornshot him that tears his Ego cruciate ligament, ending his season.

And besides everyone knows the Superbowl loser is doomed to a non-playoff following season. Which again does not constitute a GLB comparison at all.

I dont think he meant that someone might get injured. He was saying that the rosters have changed since last year. the analogy is that last year the patriots QB was tom brady, and this year their QB will be matt cassel. in glb our qb last year was jason and our qb this season is jizzy. sorry my grammar broke down late here I got in a hurry

Yes that is what I meant. Because a team was great last season does not mean they will be this one. They had Brady and were #1. Without Brady were they still #1? No. Even if they were undefeated at the time. We have changed our roster a lot. QB/RB/WR/TE/OT/CB/LB for sure, if not other places as well

It was a major overhaul..definitely a necessary one though. Many people hadn't been participating on the team forum enough, or buying into the team concept. Others still hadn't been making the progress I would've liked, and needed time elsewhere to revamp themselves and their confidence as an agent, and we still had players I meant to bring aboard clear back in season 4 and it just didn't get done until now. Who knows, we might not even be done yet =P
