True and I would feel that way too, had GE not 1. talked trash before the game about beating them, 2. Responded with a bitchy complaining session after the game. He behaved like he had lost against a losing team 3 tiers lower than him and the sim robbed him of a game he was supposed to win. Not like the truth he lost a game he wasnt supposed to win, against the top team a tier higher. The boy needs to find some dignity, sportsmanship and respect, he has none and his antics attract abuse.

Second of all, the score was 49-7. It wasnt a close game, though it wasn't going to be once morale got up on our QB and receivers vs your zone defense, and 2wr deep passing was very effective. That and you couldnt stop our outside rush, so basically our offense was killer, and your offense struggles v good teams, you rarely put up more than 25 points in tight games, relying heavily on your defense.

Another point is that you caused and recovered one fumble, and also recovered both the fumbles Xenos caused on Drago, so an element of luck swinging your way there too.

I did out gameplan you this time, but i did work hard at it, as I really didnt want to lose to you. The team you have is unpredictable, you've just got to find a way of getting your offense to really fire vs good defenses, or else you will struggle a bit at vet. ON the plus side, i did mention to a few people before that your zone defense is still pretty good and effective, and you work it quite well, its hard to know how to face given most teams rarely use it, I've hardly ever faced heavy zone in my 4/5 seasons of coaching

Also, I know xenos are ranked top, but I feel we've had a few good games v the top teams where a little luck went our way, I dont necessarily feel we are the best team as we werent planned build wise, like most other teams at the top of vet, its just a team thrown together that somehow functions fairly well

You are correct in that we rely heavily on our defense. I held you to 3 and out, then I scored a TD, I thought I would win. Then you went down and scored fairly easily, I knew I would lose then just by how you moved the ball.

You have earned the respect of the empire, Bounty Hunter. At least I didn't lose to rebel scum. Is that jabba the hut in ice on your avy?

Haha nope, its a ghostbusters icon!

And well I guess I'll take that... yeah we exploited the weaknesses of zone defense quite well, really passed nicely, plus our S* TE has 70 receiving grip which is key vs you guys. Though the only vet team thats ever shut him up is BSB in fairness.

Yep...knock loose is a big part of my defense. I was like "how the hell is that guy holding on to the ball so much!!!"

Pretty amazing I was trying to force enough time to put a game plan together for the POs tomorrow today. Just my luck the scout website isn't working for me. Guess its a roll of the dice instead

GG Flint. Pretty much everything went our way besides two lost fumbles. Which was made up for by this lol

Well Xenos lost a real shot of running away with the #1 title there. Now 1-5 is extremely close and I would assume that the winner of Bronx/Beers in the championship will have a nice inside shot at the top spot. Granted the last 2 ladder matchups will matter BIGLY.

Well you could say BoB played an exceptional game, they were insanely good. Granted the QB of ours didn't target the te as much as I wanted, but their surprised inside rush heavy game killed me on D, and their d line was much stronger than ours on the day

oh no doubt. I was just sayin, a win there would have put you guys in a pretty solid place where I think only losing 2 games or one game to Bronx could have taken you out of first. Now it is very close with some of the top 5 getting an extra win next week.

Very true will be interesting to see how it pans out. I think bronx may go top if they win out but Xenos or bob have a good chance of Bsb wins the title
