Oh, that's your guys whole point, I keep forgetting:
If you care then haha @ you. Everyone must not give a care about this game.
After consulting with my TE, my G, and my LB, we have arrived at the conclusion that you're not that good at posting, and compared receiving an award for individual accomplishment that is based upon the skill, talent, ability (or at least how good the publicity team behind the person is) of an individual is equivalent (or significantly comparable to) having ~9kb of data that performed better than other ~9kb of data in a football simulation through a minute amount of input that you directly controlled.
Well if posting was something I cared about I guess I'd continue reading but I stopped as the run on sentence began.
Sorry I don't troll well. My point still stands:
Uhm, don't you think an offensive tackle on a team would feel a measure of pride that the QB/RB/WR from his team led the league for one of those trophies? To me that effects him. What about the GM? TSE has made posts in the past congratulating his dots on winning individual trophies. So even the owner feels a sense of pride when their players win these awards. The trophies are a representation of an individual stat within an offense/defense working with 10 other dots/players/GM's/owners.
In fact, in most speeches involved with the awarding of an individual trophy they'll thank countless people who helped them to get there.
It doesn't just relate to sports. Winners of Oscars/Academy Awards/etc. routinely thank their director and other staff who would otherwise have received no acknowledgement for the contribution.
I guess I could give you a pretty specific personal example if you'd like Garrett!
